To increase T levels, you need to correct or do the opposite of the causes mentioned above. I’ll start with high aromatase enzyme.
In order to stop this enzyme to convert your testosterone into estrogen, there are several solutions that you can use or do. One of which is using aromatase inhibitors such as stinging nettle and zinc (10).
Another solution is to increase your growth hormone because if you have sufficient growth hormones, testosterone also follows.
An anti-aging hormone, growth hormones are made by your pituitary glands and works to your liver. To achieve this, you need to do the following:
- Eating a moderate amount of protein on each meal
- Getting enough sleep
- Lowering stress
- Intense full body exercise
- Intermittent fasting
- Eat anti-estrogenic foods (broccoli, kale, cabbage, etc.)
- Decrease cortisol (stress hormones from the adrenals) – take vitamin D
